Black Shatter

Heres the latest and greatest, OPI black shatter polish, this pedicure was done with 2 coats of white polish then a layer of the black shatter polish.

Kara: I graduated from the Ogden Weber Applied Technology College on July 2nd 2008 with my Nail Technician License and I have been doing nails ever since.
